The sanitary process tubing we carry meets ASTM A270 and 3A finish specifications. It is manufactured from the finest quality stainless steel materials made exclusively to our manufacturers melt criteria. The tubing is formed with an exclusive Micro-Weld process on tube mills developed to assure weld seam integrity and consistent finish. Select tubing in sizes from 1/8" to 6" O.D. in stock 20 ft. lengths. Custom lengths are also available.
Tubing shall be Rath 304L sanitary stainless steel tubing produced to dimensional tolerances and finish requirements of ASTM A270/A450 and 3A.
Stock tubing:304L, 316L and 6-Moly - Mill - Polished and Electro-Polished Available.

Bright annealing and rapidly quenched per material and specification requirements
Tubing is supplied with bright annealed finish or mechanically polished inside and/or outside finishes at customer request. The latest polishing techniques are used which meet or exceed 3A standards. Tubes are marked with size, wall thickness, ASTM specification, stainless steel type, heat number. O.D. polished tubing has heat number stenciled near the end of the tube.
As a final step in maintaining sanitary process standards, Micro-Weld tubing is packaged using protective sleeving plus end caps if requested by the customer. The tubing is then placed in heavy duty cardboard boxes (1100 lb. triple wall) with wood ends and banded for optimum protection. Other packaging is available at customer request.
